The YAH Mantra as a Tool for Storing Prenatal Energy

In addition to the usual energy circulation—whose core flow moves from the head down along the front of the body and then from the perineum up along the spine—there is also a “reverse circuit,” which flows in the opposite direction.

The functions of this reverse circuit are:

  • strengthening spirituality and connection with higher (heavenly) energies
  • purification, as well as processes related to illness and even death, including the process of dying
  • receiving information or messages from higher realms

Just as the lower Dan Tian (the area below the navel and slightly inside the body) is essential for the normal energy circuit, the Gate of Life (Ming Men) is central to the reverse circuit. This point is located on the spine around the level of the second lumbar vertebra (L2), approximately opposite the navel.

When we connect—through prayer, relaxation, or other means—with pure, original energy, part of this energy can be quickly stored in the Ming Men. To assist this process, we can use the YAH mantra together with the breath. The mantra may be recited silently, internally.

On the sound “Y,” focus on the area approximately 60 cm (about 2 feet) above the head. On the sound “A(h),” shift your focus to the area of the lung chakra (the back “heart” center). As the energy approaches the Ming Men area, begin—imagining the view from behind—to rotate the energy clockwise toward the Ming Men point while sounding the final “H.”

Then hold the breath for a few seconds, and as you exhale, visualize the energy expanding from the Ming Men throughout the entire body. Afterward, briefly pause the breath again and then return to your natural breathing rhythm.

Do not use this mantra if you have high blood pressure, if the breathing process causes discomfort, or if you generally feel unwell after practicing it. Also, use it only when you are clearly connected to pure, higher energy. The reverse circuit can trigger cleansing processes and may involve less refined energies, which should not be drawn into the Ming Men.

The use of this mantra is at your own responsibility.
