Chaldean Numerologists: Linda Goodman

Linda Goodman (1925-1995) was an astrologer, numerologist, radio talk show host, poet, writer and palm reader. She established herself as one of America’s best-known astrologers and as one of the pioneers of modern Chaldean numerology. In her private life, she was marked by the disappearance of her daughter Sally Snyder and was convinced that the body discovered in the police investigation did not belong to her daughter. She searched for her daughter until her death. Another of her daughters had died as a young child.

Mary Alice Kemery (born April 9, 1925)

She was born Mary Alice Kemery. The relationship between total name number (TNN) 4 and birth number 9 indicates a strong and impulsive personality who is very likely to like to be original, but for whom events in life may suddenly take an unfavorable turn. Her birthday is on the 9th of the month. This number bears the tarot name “Hermit“, bringing an interest in the occult and spiritual. The tendency towards the occult is intensified by the number 4. The relationship between 4, 6 and 7 in the names Mary and Alice may bring an interest in palmistry. Another peculiarity of her numbers is the strong predominance of the masculine numbers 1, 3 and 9, which is not very appropriate for women. These numbers have given her even more fight and determination. She also has several combinations of numbers in her first and last name, which indicate an interest in the business side of things. Other combinations indicate warmth and friendship.

When she hosted a radio show during World War II, she took the nickname Linda and, after her partner, she took his last name Goodman. She went on to publish several books under pen name Linda Goodman and to appear on radio and television.

Interestingly, this new name again features the very strong number 4, but her TNN is 9, which is consistent with both her birthday and her life path. Also, in this “pen name” we find the overpowering numbers 1, 3 and 9 again. We also find similar numbers in occultism and a combination of the numbers 4, 6 and 7 (palmistry). The relationship between 5 and 9 has probably also increased her interest in numerology. Her interest in the business side of life is also preserved. The specialty of the name Linda Goodman is that it brings more warmth, more of the spiritual and a gift for media appearances.

For people who have base number 9 in their birthday, the base number 4 may represent artistic talents. For women with base number 9, base number 4 also represents a daughter. Linda Goodman had a strong number 4, which unfortunately did not correspond with her birthday and life path numbers. As a result, her relationship with her daughters was karmically loaded. One of her daughters died as a child and the other disappeared. Linda Goodman’s base number 4 numbers represent sudden and usually unfavourable twists of fate. It is interesting that, despite her numerological knowledge, Linda Goodman has persevered with numbers that have brought her public recognition and a certain success, but also much suffering.

Linda Goodman used alpha-numeric encoding as advocated by Cheiro

Linda Goodman’s numerological approach, described in her book Star Signs, did not use vowel and consonant analysis, but she described the individual numbers in more depth than her role model Cheiro did, and she did it very well. She also departed from Cheiro in the way she determined compound number in TNN (Goodman, Linda (1987). Star Signs.  Pan Books. Pages 152, 157, 160, 162, 170-171). Her approach was to first add all the numbers in a person’s first or last name to the base number, and then add these numbers to the TNN. The exception is if the numbers 11 or 22 appear in the first or last name – then these two numbers are not added to the base number but are taken into account when adding them in the TNN. For example, the first name 11 and the last name 14 are added as 11+ 5= 16. The first name 15 and the last name 16 are added as 6+ 7= 13. In case the addition of the base numbers does not give a result greater than 9, the unreduced numbers are added. For example, if we have first name 12 and last name 13, then 3+4 gives 7 and this number has no power. Instead, we add 12+13=25. Personally, I do not use Linda Goodman’s approach. But I very much appreciate her descriptions of the numbers.

Be cautious with the number 15

People who change names and surnames with the help of Chaldean numerology often pay little attention to the problematic relationship between the number 15 and any number whose digits add up to 4 or 8. The rules for appropriately changing a name or surname are quite complex. Nevertheless, in this article I will point out some of the pitfalls we make with the number 15.

The number 15 is considered a number that can bring success in public communication or performance. It is also associated with art, beauty, and magic. It can symbolize prosperity and fine clothing. For some people, the number 15 bestows physical beauty, though not always. Even when this isn’t the case, most people with the number 15 tend to possess a certain charisma.

Unfortunately, this number has a weak internal structure and is exposed to the action of the numbers 4 and 8. When such relationships between numbers occur, the number 15 very often starts to act negatively. This action is also shown in the Tarot card XV called “The Devil“. Sepharial therefore associated this number with the following themes: “Fate; the inevitable; dangers to the offsprings and struggles in the marriage state; luxury.” According to older traditions, the interaction between the number 15 and numbers 4 or 8 brings about an unbalanced ego, difficult influences, curses, spells, opponents, possible legal issues, depression, blows of fate, and even poverty. Most numerologists associate such a 15 with the danger of being manipulated or others being manipulated by someone with such numbers. This type of 15 is often found among black magicians and advocates of dubious spiritual movements.

Unfortunately, I know quite a few cases where people have changed their name or surname and included the number 15 in their analysis, which was connected with numbers 4 or 8. These individuals did not find happiness in their lives; on the contrary, they faced a series of challenges.

Here are some warnings to bear in mind:

1. If you were born in January (8), February (4 and 8) or August (4; and this is also the 8th month), then the number 15 should not be in the following positions in your numerology chart:

2. It is also not advisable to have the number 15 in these positions if you were born in October and December, and possibly even November, or if you were born in April (4th month).

3. Similarly, it is not advisable to have the number 15 in these positions if you were born on a Saturday (8) or Sunday (4).

4. In a name chart, the number 15 must not come into contact with any number 4 or 8 in a direct vertical or horizontal line:

5. Total name number (TNN), the whole name number, the whole surname number with the value 15 must not meet with the numbers of the birthday, life path and goal number which have the value 4 or 8. Similarly, a total of consonants with a value of 15 must not meet a birthday, life path and secondary goal number with a value of 4 or 8.

6. With TNN, we must check multiple methods for calculating TNN. For example, if your first name is 24 and your surname is 9, the traditional approach of adding them together gives 24 + 9 = 33. The number 15 does not appear here. However, it is present. 24 reduces to 6. 6 + 9 = 15. Similarly, the classical method creates the number 69, which also reduces to 15. Whenever you get the number 15, check whether it is in contact with numbers 4 or 8.

Unfortunately, this is not the whole story. Numbers 4 and 8 can be present in other ways. If you are changing your name or surname and your data includes the number 15, I recommend that you follow general guidelines to prevent your new name from having negative effects.

Pythagorean Numerology- Basics

Although I have been using and studying Chaldean numerology for many years, I will also write some articles on Pythagorean numerology. Why would someone write anything about a “competing” method of numerology? One reason is that the Pythagorean method is based on the official sequence of the alphabet and is therefore located in the collective matrix. The question is whether the effects of Pythagorean numerology are tangible, or how strongly this pattern works in the matrix.

Based on a multitude of analyses, I am personally convinced by Chaldean numerology. I was disappointed with Pythagorean numerology, especially when studying the influence of the universal and personal years, months and days. However, two or three years ago I also became acquainted with a particular Pythagorean technique which seems to have a predictive validity of about 80% (more analysis would be needed). The Chaldean approach is undoubtedly the leading one when analyzing a personal chart. There are several pitfalls to be considered and known by the numerologist when changing a first or last name. In fact, this is why some Chaldean numerologists use the Pythagorean school as an additional aid in their analysis. This eclectic approach was pioneered by numerologist Lloyd Strayhorn. It is a kind of fine-tuning to get the most out of a change of first or last name.

So, what can we say about Pythagorean numerology? Its originator is said to have been Pythagoras, half mythological being and half philosopher. Some consider it to represent the combined “embodiment” of several philosophers. The most widely accepted interpretation is that he lived in the 6th century BC and that he formed a secret spiritual and philosophical school around 500 BC. There is no historical evidence that Pythagoras also used numerology. The first Pythagorean to use numerology is thought to have been the 5th century BC philosopher Philolaus. Pythagorean numerology had a unique interpretation of numbers in antiquity – the monad (1) was supposed to represent God and unity, the dyad (2) was supposed to represent duality, the tryad (3) represented perfection, and so on. For some, the number 10 represents the tetractys, a special and sacred number.

The original Pythagoreans numbered the Greek alphabet, but later they also began to study the sequence of letters in the Latin alphabet. Sometimes they assigned ones to the first nine letters, tens to the next nine, and hundreds to the rest. At other times, ordinal values were used, where a number in the sequence was assigned to the letter. By the beginning of the 20th century, reduced values from 1 to 9 prevailed. We can see some historical alpha-numeric codes in Pythagorean numerology, shown with reduced values for ease of comparison with modern coding:

Modern Pythagorean numerology as an occult or metaphysical science about the influence of numbers on people’s destiny was developed in the 16th century by Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa. His coding was used by some numerologists until the beginning of the 20th century. Interestingly, between 1870 and 1908, Pythagorean numerologists mainly used the system first traced by Louisa Lawford (1870). Her descriptions of numbers are quite different from the ancient Pythagorean school and are in some places influenced by Chaldean numerology, or at least the numerology of the Tarot. From the total name number (TNN) it was necessary to subtract the highest number described that could be subtracted. Then we use the next highest possible number… The numbers we have used are supposed to have a special meaning. This approach is not very convincing; Sepharial claimed that such list of numbers was an expanded version of another text, and that not all numbers should be considered.

In 1908, Luo Clement and L. Dow Balliett each published a book. Both used modern alphabet numbering and different meanings of numbers than Lawford’s.  This gave birth to the modern Pythagorean school. Luo Clement used the system of tryads (1&5&7; 3&6&9; 2&4&8) and the day-of-the-month analysis. L. Dow Balliett, on the other hand, used the Life Path number and attributed to the numbers 9 and 11 meanings like those in the symbolism of the tarot and arcana IX (the Hermit) and 11 (the Force) respectively. The mastery of the lion in the symbolism of arcana 11 represents a force. The English word MASTER has the value 4+1+1+2+5+9= 22. The concept of master numbers 11 and 22 is a complete innovation which has no connection with the older Pythagorean tradition.

The approach of L. Dow Balliett prevailed over all others, as Balliett managed to gather several enthusiastic students (Julia Seton, Roy Page Walton, etc.) around her. In addition to Life Path and vowels, they soon began to analyze consonants, universal and personal years, months and days, and the four pinnacles. They also developed predictive techniques with transits of letters. In this method, the distinctions between odd and even numbers are often of great value. The first manual to present this new numerological trend in a comprehensive way was Florence Campbell‘s Your Days are Numbered (1930). This school of numerology was so successful that it almost completely superseded Chaldean numerology after the Second World War. Until a few years ago, up to 95% (and perhaps even more) of all numerology books belonged to this approach.

It was also the L. Dow Balliett school that some Chaldean numerologists (Strayhorn) began to include in their analyses. Some Chaldean numerologists, however, have stuck to the Chaldean alpha-numeric coding, but then follow the Pythagorean approach when analyzing the results. The first Chaldean numerologist to do this was Montrose, followed by Mykian.

The Pythagorean Approach by Loiusa Lawford

In 1870, Louisa Lawford described a specific system of Pythagorean numerology (Lawford, Louisa (1870): The Dream Book and Fortune -Teller. London, George Routledge and Sons. Pages 103-107). The descriptions of the numbers are quite different from the ancient Pythagorean school and are in some places influenced by Chaldean numerology or at least Tarot numerology. From the total name number (TNN) it was necessary to subtract the highest number described that could be subtracted. Then we use the next highest possible number… The numbers we have used are supposed to have a special meaning. This approach is not very convincing; Sepharial was convinced that her list of numbers was an expanded version of another text, and that not all numbers should be considered.

The way we interpret the numbers is to first add all the numbers to TNN, according to the system of Great Values. Jean Jacques Rousseau has 616+ 969+ 716= 2331. From his TNN with value of 2331, we first eliminate the number 2000 (which has no special meaning) and we are left with 331. From this number, we first take away 300, which has the meaning “Safety, belief, faith, philosophy,” and we are left with 31, which has the meaning “Love of glory.”

Real and Imagined Differences Between Pythagorean and Chaldean Numerology

Chaldean numerology is less well known in the modern world compared to Pythagorean numerology. There are some claims or ideas about what the differences between the two approaches are. Unfortunately, most of these claims are controversial or fake news. Such simplifications put many numerologists in the awkward position of making or repeating nonsensical claims. So, what are the fundamental differences and similarities between these schools? Below, I present some of the established claims about the differences between the two, along with my commentary.

1. In Chaldean numerology, the Latin alphabet is numbered by finding phonetic equivalents in the numerical systems of Western Semitic alphabets. Pythagorean numerology, on the other hand, ignores the phonetic aspects of the individual letters, but numbers the letters of the Latin alphabet in such a way that they correspond to the current order of the letters, either in the English alphabet or in the alphabets of other peoples.

THE STATEMENT IS TRUE. Chaldean numerology does indeed look for the answer in the ancient way of ordering numbers and letters in relation to phonetic values. Today’s Chaldean numerology, however, is no longer completely tied to phonetic values, either in the Latin or in the Hebrew script, but uses general approximations.

2. In Chaldean numerology, the number 9 is never used when numbering the letters of the alphabet because it is considered sacred.

IT IS FAKE NEWS. This claim was made by Cheiro in 1926.[1]  Since Cheiro is the most popular Chaldean numerologist, this falsehood has been spread by many other numerologists who have followed Cheiro’s teachings.[2]  Cheiro’s claim can be easily debunked by examining the ancient alphabet and its Chaldean numbering. One of these letters is the letter Ṭet (the voice of Ṭ), which has the value 9. Another letter is the letter Ṣade (the voice of Ṣ), which has the values 9, 18 and 90 (depending on the numbering model used; even in the case of 18 and 90, the digits add up to 9). The reason why the Chaldean alpha-numerical code of Latin alphabet does not have the number 9 is simply that in Europe the voices Ṭ and Ṣ do not have universally accepted specific letters. The Czechs, Poles, Croats and Slovenes have a voice called Ts, which is pronounced similarly to Ṣ, but they use the letter C, which has a value of 3, to spell this voice.

Aramaic alphabet with letters for Ṭ and Ṣ sounds.

3. Chaldean numerology is more tradition-based, while Pythagorean numerology is more concerned with finding new ways of interpretation.

THE STATEMENT IS PARTIALLY CORRECT.  Especially from the numerologist Cheiro onwards, Chaldean numerology is strongly linked to traditional meanings of numbers and to traditional correspondences between numbers. Modern Pythagorean numerology, on the other hand, breaks more from tradition in its interpretation and seeks modern approaches. There is certainly no black and white picture here. Innovations are found in both approaches, but there are also examples in Pythagorean numerology of a returning to older traditions.

4. Pythagorean numerology was developed by the Greek philosopher Pythagoras, while Chaldean numerology was actually developed in ancient Persia or ancient India.

THE STATEMENT IS INCORRECT. The first examples of the use of Pythagorean numerology are found in the Pythagorean numerologist Philolaus, although we cannot exclude the possibility that the foundations of this numerology were indeed developed by Pythagoras. The earliest examples of the use of  numerology are found among the ancient Arameans and Jews. It is almost certain that the Chaldeans also began to use this numerology. However, it is not necessarily true that the Chaldeans were the first to develop this kind of numerology. Pandit Sethuraman claimed decades ago that Chaldean numerology originated in India. He does not offer adequate evidence for this claim. Moreover, by studying the history of ancient peoples, it appears that this numerology was formed among the Western Semites, although it is probably not possible to determine with which of these people it originated. Cheiro describes how he received the knowledge of numerology from Indian Brahmins.[3]  By analysing Cheiro’s book on numerology, we come to the specific names of these “Indian Brahmins”: the British numerologist Sepharial aka. Walter Gorn Old, the Australian Jew Isidore Kozminsky, the American numerologist Luo Clement and others. So, although he may have got some of his knowledge from Indians, in general it is a deliberate deception to which almost all present-day Chaldean numerologists have fallen prey.

Danish numerologist Danielsson went a step further, presenting the idea that Chaldean numerology developed in ancient Persia.[4] He did not offer any substantial evidence for this claim. He only offered a nice story about his Iranian teacher who showed him millennia-old tablets which supposedly preserved records of Chaldean numerology. These plates are said to contain the very same descriptions of the numbers 10-32, 37, 43 and 51 as Cheiro describes in his 1926 book.[5] Cheiro’s descriptions of the numbers are derived from even older descriptions of the numbers by 19th and 20th century European numerologists, so this teacher -if he existed- could only have been passing on Cheiro’s descriptions of the numbers.

5. In Pythagorean numerology, numbers are primarily interpreted as odd or even, while in Chaldean numerology, there is a distinction between strong numbers (1, 3, 5, and 6) and other numbers.

THIS CLAIM IS ONLY PARTIALLY TRUE. In Pythagorean numerology, we do indeed often find the numbers separated into odd and even, but representatives of this school sometimes use other ways to explore the nature of the numbers and the correspondences between them.

6. The meanings of the numbers 9, 11, and 22 differ between the two schools.

THIS CLAIM IS NOT ENTIRELY TRUE. Most modern Pythagorean numerologists define these numbers differently from the way Chaldean numerology defines them. In doing so, modern Pythagorean numerologists rely primarily on the traditions of the Tarot without understanding the inner structure of Tarot numerology or the numerology of the Major Arcana. Over a hundred years ago Pythagorean numerologists interpreted the numbers 9, 11 and 22 differently, sometimes even adopting the Chaldean interpretation. On the other hand, some modern Chaldean numerologists have adopted the meanings of the numbers 9, 11 and 22 as they are usually described by Pythagorean numerologists.[6]  Linda Goodman considered the numbers 11 and 22 only in the rules for adding the first and last names to the total name numbers.[7]

7. Pythagorean numerologists do not attribute a major role to compound numbers other than 10, 11 and 22, while Chaldean numerologists describe compound numbers up to and including 52.

THE STATEMENT IS FALSE. There are several Pythagorean numerologists who described numbers above 9 (Cochran, Laurie, Adams, etc.). In addition, Chaldean numerologists from the 19th century and the early 20th century were influenced by Tarot theory and described numbers such as 55, 65, 69, and 71. Pandit Sethuraman, however, stopped at the number 108.[8]

8. When analyzing birth data, Pythagorean numerology uses the Life Path number, while Chaldean numerology uses the day of the month.[9]

THIS STATEMENT IS FALSE. Some Pythagorean numerologists as early as the beginning of the 20th century used the number of the birthday of the month. On the other hand, the Chaldean numerologist Walter B. Gibson used the Life Path number when analysing birth data. Many modern Chaldean numerologists use both numbers.

9. In Chaldean numerology, when analyzing birth data, the day of the month, month number, and year number must be interpreted separately.

THIS IS FAKE NEWS. This claim was made by Cheiro in 1926.[10]  Since Cheiro is the most popular Chaldean numerologist, this untruth was spread by many other numerologists who followed him. The addition of all three date numbers appeared already in ancient numerology.

10. In Pythagorean numerology, vowel numbers, consonant numbers, and whole numbers are used, while in Chaldean numerology, only whole numbers are used.

THIS IS FAKE NEWS. In Pythagorean numerology, the division into vowel numbers, consonant numbers and whole numbers is found as early as the second century AD. In Chaldean numerology, the first examples of the use of vowel and consonant numbers are found in the 19th century. Influenced by Pythagorean numerology, the use of vowel and consonant numbers is also found in some modern Chaldean numerologists.

11. Pythagorean numerology is more material, while Chaldean numerology is more spiritual. Thus, the former is to be used more in describing character and career, the latter in describing karma or destiny.[11]

THIS CLAIM IS MORE OR LESS UNTRUE. If certain numbers truly chart a life path, then they describe our destiny. If numbers do not describe the course of destiny, such numerology is not valid. On the other hand, in Chaldean numerology, numbers are also used to determine their influence on an individual’s character, career, health, and relationships.

12. In Pythagorean numerology, vowel numbers represent emotions and relationships, whereas in Chaldean numerology, such numbers have a more spiritual aspect.

THIS STATEMENT IS ACCURATE BASED ON MY RESEARCH. This is a case which essentially deviates from the general rule in point 11.

13. Pythagorean numerology is not related to astrology, while Chaldean numerology is.[12]

THIS STATEMENT IS ONLY PARTIALLY TRUE. Pythagorean numerologists generally do not focus on finding connections between numbers and planets. Chaldean numerology, on the other hand, generally links numbers to planets or even to zodiacal signs. However, there are also Pythagorean numerologists who advocate for a connection between numerology and astrology. The father of modern numerology, Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa, was a Pythagorean numerologist who, in the 16th century, adopted the Chaldean model of linking numbers with planets! He was followed a century later by the Pythagorean numerologist John Heydon.

14. Pythagorean numerology has techniques for predicting fate by using numbers for each year, month and day, while Chaldean numerology is largely unconcerned with predicting the future.

THE STATEMENT IS NOT VERY TRUE. Pythagorean numerology has now been using universal and personal days, months and years and the four pinnacles for nearly a century. According to my information, before this, it did not use any specific predictive techniques. Classical Chaldean numerology did have some approaches for studying the future, but Cheiro largely discouraged Chaldean numerologists from this exploration. He placed more emphasis on astrology and palmistry for his predictions. Today, many Chaldean numerologists are adopting Pythagorean predictive techniques. Personally, I am quite critical and reticent about such approaches. I will discuss this further at another time.

Can the relationship between the numbers 1 and 4 cause accidents?

In short, the answer is yes, despite them being interchangeable numbers that are strongly connected to each other. The numbers 1 and 4 are fiery and active, and when they come together, they can cause accidents. In addition, the number 4 represents sudden changes or twists, karmic causes, which can increase the chances of accidents.

The chance of accidents is also increased when the numbers with the base digits 1 and 4 are unlucky (for example, the unlucky form of number 13, numbers 22, 31, 28, 64, etc.). The possibility of accidents is also increased when the number 4 is active (for example, when the total name number falls among numbers with base digit 4, and the birth date belongs to base digit 1).

3 or 6 sandwiched by another number

The numbers 3 and 6 have a traditionally dubious, even negative relationship. The reasons may be historical, as societies in the Middle East developed legal systems (3) that strictly regulated sexual practices (6). In more recent numerological practices, however, these two numbers have a favorable mutual relationship. There is at least one situation where this relationship can act unfavorably.

When the numbers 3 or 6 find themselves trapped with each other, it can activate a mild aspect of opposition. This involves the alternation of energy. Such a relationship is strongest when activated in a straight line (see the illustration), but the minimum condition is dealing with an unbroken chain (for example, first name number 3, surname number 6, consonant number 3). The vowel number will not yield a result. An additional condition is that the number 9 must not form an unbroken chain together with the numbers 3 and 6.

The number 3 primarily represents the planet Jupiter, and the number 6 represents Venus. Similarly, the number 3 represents exaggeration, aggression, and masculinity, while the number 6 represents pleasure, sexuality, and femininity. The conflicting relationship can signify debauchery, adultery, inappropriate pleasures, snobbery, greed, high ego and the like.

In a positive sense, such a close connection between 3 and 6 can also mean that the number squeezing the other number represents a kind of embrace. However, the conflict in the relationship still prevails in such a situation. At least a partial solution for such a situation is the presence and sufficient strength of the number 9. This way, a kind of beneficial embrace is created in this situation.

Today I am going to talk about a topic that most Chaldean numerologists are not familiar with, and that is chains of numbers. These are the special patterns created by numbers interacting with each other.  The chains or formations are typically made up of three numbers. When three numbers are linked together, the interactions may be different than if we only study the relationship between two numbers. For example, the relationship between 3 and 7 is usually problematic, but there are chains that can balance these two numbers under certain conditions. Unfortunately, most numerologists work only with the interpretation of the relationship between two numbers and not with chains of numbers. Thus, chain of numbers find themselves in the field of advanced or secret numerology, when in fact this should not be the case. It is, after all, the basics of Chaldean numerology.

One such chain, which can be traced back to ancient times, is the chain of the numbers 2&3&5. It was known to the ancient Egyptians, who associated the number 2 with the goddess Isis (Auset), the number 3 with the god Osiris (Ausar), and the number 5 with the god Horus (Hore). For the numbers to form a chain, they must be in sufficiently strong interconnection. There are special rules about this, which we might discuss another time. A chain of numbers is definitely present when it is found in the complete number of a person’s given name, in the complete number of a surname and in the Total Name Number (TNN):

The formation of the numbers 2&3&5 can represent marriage or a child, as well as the need to purify oneself – to purify one’s body, morals, thinking or acting. In principle, it works mildly favorably, but it can bring with it some trials. This is because the numbers 3 and 5 are basically quite alien to each other, and the number 2 often does not work well on the number 3 or on the number 5. Only when these three numbers find themselves in a common chain does the situation improve.

This formation by itself does not necessarily signify spiritual progress. It may, for example, primarily emphasize physical cleansing, such as the elimination of toxins from the body. However, if other indicators are present, it can certainly also be an indicator of potential for spiritual development. Holistic cleansing, sooner or later, tends to bring about a spiritual life. It can also lead to improvements in material situation and social standing, depending again on other indicators. Although the number 3 belongs to distinctly masculine numbers, the formation of numbers 2&3&5 is somewhat more feminine, soft, or at least gentle in nature.

People with such a number chain are often found to be teachers, sociologists, psychologists, and individuals who work with children and with relationships between partners or between parents and children. The formation is at least partially connected with money and financial professions, so it is less commonly encountered in people from the lower social strata. Sometimes, people with this formation have a significant emphasis on sexuality, which can be positive or negative. Sometimes people with this formation have their sexuality quite exposed, either in a positive or a negative aspect.

If they are engaged in spiritual development and the sexual energy is too active, I recommend that they occasionally transmute the sexual energy into the energies of the higher chakras. The knowledge of this was perhaps first publicly revealed by the Filipino master Choa Kok Sui (1952-2007) in his book The Spiritual Essence of Man: The Chakras and the Inverted Tree of Life (in the 2017 edition, the technique is described on pages 142-152).

In case people with the chain of numbers 2&3&5 decide to work on a deeper body cleansing, which is also related to subconscious patterns, I therefore advise them to consult the works of Thomas Hanna (1928 -1990), who made major breakthroughs in the field of practical somatics. Even more in-depth knowledge in this area is provided by the AEQ method, which has built upon the insights of Thomas Hanna. Unfortunately, I have no information on whether the latter method is also available to an English-speaking audience.

Finally, I would like to mention that the formation of the numbers 2&3&5 is of course also present in the structures of the numbers 23 and 32, where the digits in both numbers add up to 5. Nevertheless, we must remain cautious, as there are certain differences between this chain of numbers and the vibration of the composite numbers 23 and 32.

NUMEROLOGICAL IMPACTS AND THE COVID PANDEMIC (or the Great Cleansing 2019-2022)

I posted this writing about the Covid epidemic on 29 Aug 2021 in a closed FB group, with the prediction that the main chapter of this hellish period will be completed in the first months of 2022. Covid has been out of the mainstream of social events for some time now. However, for those who study Chaldean numerology, this article still provides an interesting insight into some aspects of mundane numerology. Mundane numerology is something that is quite neglected among writers of numerological blogs and books. Perhaps there are indeed individuals capable of providing even more accurate answers about the political, economic, and cultural destiny of nations using Chaldean numerology. But this knowledge has not yet reached the majority of numerologists. Therefore, a contribution such as the one I am presenting below is certainly also of interest to other Chaldean numerologists.

As this paper was originally intended for a restricted readership, it unfortunately does not contain references, although the content calls for them. Therefore, I must at least mention a key work of mundane astrology, the contents of which I have compared with Chaldean numerology. This is “Planetary Cycles. Mundane Astrology“, published in English translation in 2016 by the French astrologer Andre Barbault. In this book, Barbault also mentions the Cyclic Indicator created by Henri Gouchon, another French astrologer.

=============================

I have decided to share with you, in a small circle, some of my experiences in the field of numerological insights. Chaldean numerology has been with me in one form or another for almost three decades. However, I have only started to study mundane events, i.e. the fate of nations and the world, using this method last year. This area of numerology is quite unexplored, so please do not take this record as an absolute fact. Nevertheless, I am publishing this analysis because I have taken into account a number of indicators that are characteristic of more advanced forms of Chaldean numerology and added them all together into simple summation ranks. In this way I have tried to bring some objectivity to this metaphysical challenge.

It should be borne in mind that numerology is not the only method for monitoring the destiny of humanity. Numerological influences can be mitigated or amplified by other aspects of destiny. One possible aspect of influences is mundane Feng Shui. I am personally too unfamiliar with the mundane influences of Feng Shui that affect world events to use this approach. The Chinese teacher Raymond Lo has done some research in the direction of using Feng Shui to explain world history, but I do not have information on the link between Feng Shui and the pandemic. There is another area for correcting numerological analysis and that is mundane astrology. Therefore, in this contribution, I will summarize some astrological findings that have been arrived at by various astrologers of Western astrology and Indian astrology or Jyotish.

One of the most famous Western astrologers working on mundane astrology is undoubtedly Andre Barbault. In 2014, Barbault predicted that a serial conjunction between Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto would be at work in 2020-2021 and possibly by 2022, plus a square with Uranus (and a semi-square with Neptune). Moreover, the planets are at minimum distance in 2020 according to the Gouchon index, which, according to Barbault, itself indicates a period of trouble. The planets in play, he believes, bring difficult tests, whether in the area of political upheaval (global chaos, possible migration, possible break-up of the EU), natural disasters or the outbreak of a pandemic. He was particularly concerned about Europe, as Europe’s history is dominated by the conjunctions between Jupiter and Saturn. He specifically pointed out that the devastating Black Death pandemic of 1347 was caused by Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto meeting and that they would be back in play in 2020-2021, perhaps even as late as 2023. After this period, he would not mention the pandemic again.

What’s more, in 2026, the world is expected to be in a great shape. The conjunction of Saturn and Neptune, which usually brings revolutions and social upheavals, is this time in sextile with Uranus and Pluto. Therefore, it is expected to be the best period for the planet in the entire 21st century, characterized by great harmony and a renaissance of civilization. I should add that Barbault predicted, on the basis of the relationship between Saturn and Pluto, which also governs modern China, that the conjunction of Saturn and Pluto in 2020-2021 would make China the most important player in world politics. If it lacked enough power then, the latest it could achieve this role would be the conjunction of Uranus and Saturn in 2032. It seems that world peace will be restored with a great revival, on the basis that a tired Washington is undoubtedly bidding farewell to the world throne and Beijing is still a little too weak to engage fully in global politics.

Indian astrologer Shiv Sadhika Ma Vishwapoora claims that COVID is linked to the relationship between Jupiter and the North Lunar Node, and according to his analysis, the pandemic should end by April 2022. Vastu Acharya Manoj Sri Vastava associates COVID with Pluto, Jupiter, and the North Lunar Node, and also examines retrograde and direct planetary movements as well as the Indian signs of Taurus and Aquarius, which are thought to be linked to the respiratory system. Indian signs are shifted by 24 degrees compared to Western signs. According to him, things should start improving only in December 2021 and January 2022, when Pluto completes the first stage of its direct movement. The situation, which is expected to remain tense in the first part of 2022, should then calm down, and everything should be over between February and April 2023, as Jupiter and the North Lunar Node move into Aries. A more isolated opinion comes from Pandit Jaganath Guruji, who claims that recurring waves of COVID could continue until 2025, and in a very weakened or mild form, COVID could persist until 2029.

I must comment that Barbault’s analyses and predictions are surprising. The European Union has indeed partially disintegrated in 2019/2020 with Brexit. However, the UK and the US are linked by cycles of Uranus and Neptune, which are also involved in the 2019-2022 alignments, and so this development is not surprising. As for 2026, the numerological picture somewhat clouds this, so we can expect a largely calm situation at a time when the US and China are roughly equal in power. We should also bear in mind that astrological mundane influences are not always precise, can come early or, more often, with a delay, and do not necessarily last for the entire period of an event. Similarly, numerological cycles, when not astrologically supported, are often not strong enough.

From a numerological point of view, viruses are associated with the numbers 1, 2, and 3, and the respiratory system with the numbers 4, 5, and 6. The name Corona vibrates with the numbers 25, 10, and 31. It warns against the hidden dangers (25), the alternation of good and difficult periods (10), and isolation and strife (31). Similarly, Covid 19 vibrates with the numbers 4 (13, 31, 40) and 41, representing the respiratory system, and 4 also represents harder fates, conflicts and isolations (31). The number of diseases 71 is also present. The presence of the numbers 1 and 3 represents microbes. The number 19 does not get along well with 3 and 71. Also, the numbers that add up to 4 are not a suitable outlet for the energies 19 and 1 respectively (the reverse direction is fine). The numbers 21 and 19 found in this designation are auspicious and represent children, youth and the drive to succeed. This is a possible numerological explanation for why the young are, so far at least, tolerating the virus quite well, and why youth are still somewhat cornered (around the number 71 and the number 4).

If we translate numbers into planets, then among the slow planets that interest us most in mundane matters, we have the active planets Jupiter (1, 3 and to a lesser extent 2), Saturn (71), Uranus or the North Node of the Moon (4), Neptune (7), and in the case of indicators, also Pluto (2 and 0). The very planets and the North Node of the Moon are therefore the ones that Western and Indian astrology (!) also describe as triggers of pandemics and represent a kind of apocalypse. These planets and numbers therefore represent everything that is pressing in on us and testing us during this period. The number 4 and to a lesser extent 71 are concerned with isolation, Jupiter and Pluto signify the spread of chaos, a disturbed or perverted legal order, internal illness, perhaps toxins, Saturn and Neptune invite protests, Jupiter and Uranus warn of the intensity of events, Neptune in semi-square to Jupiter can mean the spread of misinformation on all sides (from far-fetched assumptions to government officials lying), Saturn and Neptune represent the theme of death, and Uranus and Neptune also the beginnings of some troublesome trends. Sound familiar?

A similar situation to what we have now occurred in the years 1918-1920, during the Spanish flu pandemic. Numerologically, the years leading up to that outbreak, starting from 1914, were particularly difficult, but they did not have strong indicators for the development and spread of microbes. Those difficult years were the years of the First World War. The numerological indicators for a pandemic attacking the respiratory system significantly increased in 1917 and persisted until 1920. Nevertheless, despite the numerological indicators for a possible pandemic, nothing happened in 1917. Why not? Remember: the influences of fate are significantly strengthened if the numerological and astrological influences reinforce each other, and this is probably an important reason. The astrological influences did not appear until 1918. Jupiter, Pluto, Uranus, and Saturn created significant aspects between 1918 and 1920. For example, Jupiter and Pluto were in opposition in 1918, and Jupiter and Uranus had an aspect in 1920. All of this was connected by the opposition between Saturn and Uranus from 1918-1920. The numerological and astrological indicators were mutually supportive, so that the pandemic was strong notwithstanding the fact that in 1919 the general energy level of both the astrological and numerological indicators had risen considerably.

In the diagram below, the indicators of Chaldean numerology for the current Covid-19 pandemic are presented. The potential for microbial development is illustrated by the green line, the potential for respiratory system vulnerability by the black line, and the red line represents the general trend. It can be observed that the respiratory system had been energetically weakened as early as 2018, and a very clear and significant decline in the curve representing microbes (green line) was observed at the end of 2019 or the beginning of 2020. An energetic low point was reached in 2020 (interestingly, this is also supported by the astrological Gouchon index) – the world was literally brought to a standstill by the pandemic at that time.

If the 0’s are eliminated in 2020, 22 is obtained, which is representative of loneliness, isolation, and misguided advice. In Tarot, it is represented as the 0 card (2-2=0) and is called The Fool, and in the mundane realm, it can also represent incorrect, fixed ideas that are socially harmful. This is just one of the numerological aspects of this year that has made matters considerably worse. For example, this year can also be described as the year 20, as this number is repeated several times (e.g. as 20 and 20 is 2020). The number 20 in the Tarot is described as the Judgement, in which the dead are brought back to life. This symbolism can symbolically represent many things, e.g. nearly dead people being brought back to life in hospital (coming out of a coma).

Returning to the indicators of Chaldean numerology, it can be observed that, fortunately, such a dramatic drop in energy as was experienced in 2020 is no longer observed in the following years. Based on the pandemic’s onset in the indicator chart, pools can be created (a green pool indicating a period of stronger microbial activity and a grey pool indicating greater respiratory weakness), and it can be seen that the situation will start to improve in late 2021 and early 2022, as predicted by many astrological predictions. Although the respiratory system will energetically strengthen in 2022 and 2023, a new large green pool of microbes is foreseen for the period from late 2022 to 2025. There are several possible interpretations – from the observation that this may no longer necessarily be a Covid pandemic, or even about microbes at all, but rather other phenomena governed by the numbers 1-2-3. After that year, numerological indicators for a pandemic are no longer detected.

According to the general Gouchon indicator and the Chaldean numerology indicators, we see that after 2021 the planetary energy level in various areas of life will be greatly corrected and many years of greater peace and harmony await us, at least on a global, general level. The great energetic cleansing is to a considerable extent slowly coming to an end. It seems to be winding down already in a few months and at the latest by the beginning of 2022. No doubt some actors would like to see this crisis drag on indefinitely. However, the intentions of such people will lose both astrological and numerological energetic support within a few months, and their plans will be fairly derailed. If we have been through all this, let us not give up now, but rather hold on for the next few months. The Sun always shines again after the rain and the forecast is good. May every moment be filled with positive energy for you!

Benjamin Netanyahu and Chaldean Numerology

Benjamin Netanyahu (born 21 October 1949)

Benjamin Netanyahu is the Prime Minister of Israel and is known for his right-wing, nationalist, and militant political stance. He is a leading figure in the Israeli Zionist regime, which some describe as a form of apartheid. To implement the principle of “divide et impera,” Netanyahu supported the Hamas movement for a long time. However, following the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, he ordered a major offensive against the residents of Gaza. In Gaza, his military has killed more than 37,000 people over eight months, more than half of whom were children and women. Adding to this are about 10,000 victims who were never retrieved from the rubble. Based on these numbers, the Israeli crime is already at least 50 times worse than the crime committed by Hamas. Due to his actions, Benjamin Netanyahu is also being prosecuted by the International Criminal Court.

What does Chaldean numerology say about Benjamin Netanyahu? The letters of the Hebrew alphabet traditionally refer to consonants, while vowels are determined by the niqqud system (“dotting, pointing”). In this analysis, only traditional Hebrew script is used. Netanyahu’s numbers indicate unfortunate karma, evident in the base number 4 (31, 94), the combative number 18, and the challenging relationship between the base numbers 4 and 9, which results in sudden and potentially violent changes in life.

In his birth date and Life Path, Netanyahu has the militant numbers 21 and 27, which can be associated with the military, violence, masculine principles, and a patriarchal stance. These numbers also bring success and leadership positions.

Sepharial, in his work “Your Fortune in Your Name or Kabalistic Astrology” (revised edition from 1909), describes the number 27 as: “Sceptre. Successful enterprises; authority; command; creative intellect; useful works.” He describes the number 21 as: “Dignities; honors; success; aspirations.” Netanyahu’s nickname Bibi (ביבי) has a value of 6, which, combined with the numbers 21 and 27, creates the formation 3-6-9, representing success and power.

The relationship between his birth date 21 and the total name number 94 forms the number 43, which is associated with wars, revolutions, and conspiracies. Sepharial describes the number 43 as: “Point of Reaper. Destruction; abortive enterprises; things brought to nothing; annihilation.” This number is very similar to the number 52 found in his opponent Yahya Al-Sinwar. However, not every number 43 or 52 is negative; they can also indicate a religious and spiritual inward focus.

What lies ahead for Israel beyond Netanyahu? Israeli Zionist policies have already sparked a strong wave of Islamization among Palestinians. Many Palestinian children, whose family members were killed by the Israeli army in these months, will almost certainly become new terrorists and fighters for Palestinian liberation. It is necessary to abandon Eurocentric and Americentric views. For the West, Hamas fighters are only terrorists. However, for the people of Gaza, these same individuals are primarily martyrs fighting against colonial Israeli occupation.

The result of Israeli policy is that the state of Israel is more threatened than it has been for a long time. It is surrounded by militarily powerful Arab states and the Lebanese militia Hezbollah. European support and economic strength are waning, as is American global dominance. Despite the nuclear weapons in Israel’s arsenal, without radical changes in Israeli policy, the long-term collapse of the Jewish state seems almost inevitable.

Israeli Jews should learn a lesson from the period of the Crusader states. After 192 years, the Arabs wiped them off the face of the earth, expelling, killing, or enslaving the Christian population. So, where will the descendants of today’s Israeli Jews go after the likely destruction of the Israeli state? Jews should already begin working towards long-term peace, in which both Israel and Palestine can develop. Palestine should not be merely an Israeli bantustan but a free, functioning, and internationally recognized country. Above all, it should be at peace with Israel, which is a condition for the long-term existence of peace and development in modern Canaan.
