INTERACTION  BETWEEN 3 AND 6

The interaction between the numbers 3 and 6 has long intrigued minds. Even in ancient Chaldean numerology, the relationship between these numbers was deemed discordant, particularly concerning matters of finance. Money (Jupiter and 3) and the desire for receiving gifts and benefits (Venus and 6) were believed by these ancient numerologists to not find common ground.

Both numbers have a special characteristic of value exchange in doubling. If the sequence 3-6-12-24-48-96… is reduced to its root digits, we get the sequence 3-6-3-6-3-6… This cyclic rhythm embodies the duality of existence, signifying opposition. In conservative societies, it also represents conflict between law (Jupiter and 3) and sexuality (Venus and 6). In more conservative societies, this opposition extends to the clash between legality (Jupiter and 3) and sensuality (Venus and 6). Even in contemporary India, the contention persists that these numbers stand at odds. Conversely, in Europe and the United States, their relationship is deemed auspicious, nestled within the sequence 3-6-9, where each number is a multiple of the the basic digit 3.

I personally consider the relationship between these numbers conditionally favorable. Though not devoid of internal tensions stemming from their alternating nature, there exists an undeniable allure between them.  Moreover, the societal lens mustn’t be overlooked, for in overly conservative cultures, their interplay turns less favorable.
